Why make a program specifically focused on Ladders when we already have one on Fall Protection? Ladders are one of the most common sources of workplace injury. According to OHS Canada, more than 40,000 workers get injured annually due to fall accidents. These incidents are all preventable, and we think they are a good fit for reduction using the Soteria120 methodology. That is because most of the danger comes not from the ladders themselves, but from how workers use them.
